My husband and I stayed for a week and felt very comfortable. The location worked well, and our motorbike was safely parked next door in their parking lot. Staff were kind, helpful, and professional. The room was cleaned immaculately each day, with fresh towels and a roll of toilet paper. Breakfast was good too.

The price was pretty reasonable, especially with breakfast included, though breakfast was just a few little pieces of avocado in a bun. My biggest issue was all the disposable waste: plastic cups for juice and paper ones for coffee. There were normal cups available, so I don't understand why they didn't just use and wash those.

I stayed for a week. The staff were very helpful, and breakfast was included. It's convenient for walking to both Plaza de Armas and los terminales de buses for domestic and international travel. But with house construction next door in Dec '15, there were stretches when it wasn't possible to sleep or rest. Rooms by the foyer were also noisy, with music and people talking and moving around.

We spent 2 nights here, and it was very good value. I was surprised to find breakfast and a flat-screen TV. My only gripe was that the water wasn't hot one morning.

A noisy hostel, and most rooms don't have proper windows. Take care with the excursions offered at reception, too. They don't recommend good agencies, cf. Ancat Travel.
