Carlos and Marcos were friendly and very helpful, and they let me check in early. The location is great, just a few blocks from the city center. It's peaceful enough to relax, and you can walk into the center to see more of the city.

The staff and owner were the best part: really friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel is comfortable and affordable, with parking, breakfast, and a private bathroom. It's far enough from the center that you avoid the awful noise, so it's a good place to relax. I highly recommend this hostel for a multi-day stay in Tacna. We'll definitely come back, and I hope they never change.

The prices are very reasonable and the rooms are spacious. It's highly recommended for a stay in Tacna, with an excellent location on the way from Arica by taxi or bus. Carlo, the manager, and his staff were very attentive to my family's comfort. We travel a lot and have rarely had this level of care and service at a hotel. He's undoubtedly a wonderful person with impeccable customer service.
