Breakfast was extremely basic, and there was never any hot water. Everything felt very low quality, from the toilet paper and towels to the showers. The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow, and the staff were inattentive. There were three of us for three days, but even after we asked for toilet paper, they never brought any. The manager was lazy.

We had to ask to have the room cleaned, and hot water only came on if we requested it. On top of that, they first gave us one price, then tried to raise it after we'd already been there for two days, saying they'd made a mistake. The owner was rude when we complained about the incorrect price. At breakfast, the staff seemed annoyed when we asked them to refill the juice or eggs, and watched closely as we served ourselves, even though it was meant to be a buffet.

The service was excellent and everything was great. Nothing to complain about.
