Hugo, Juanita, and Clarita were incredibly helpful and just good people. There's also a lot to like about the hotel itself: modern, comfortable, and very clean, with a cozy common area, clean bathrooms, great towels and bedding, and beds that were comfortable. The showers had plenty of hot water. The Wi-Fi was very fast and dependable. It didn't keep cycling like at other places, and I stayed connected for days. Rooms also have plenty of built-in plugs and charging ports, plus a decent station for computer use. Parking is in a cochera (parking) garage behind the block. It felt very safe and was easy to use for a moto or vehicle. Staff have to walk around the block to open the garage door, but that wasn't an issue. Send them a WhatsApp note if you'll need a space. They accept credit cards, too. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Polleria Kankas has great pollo, and Camacho's Pizza is first rate.

The only thing I noticed was some noise outside the rooms during the day. It didn't bother me at night. The facilities were impeccable, clean, and high quality, and the showers worked perfectly with hot water. Don Hugo was especially kind and helpful, and the staff were very attentive. Spectacular.
