The service was friendly, and it's a very nice hotel.

The staff were friendly, but there was no AC. The beds felt like they were made of bricks, and dogs were barking on the roof or somewhere next to it.

The internet kept dropping and was terrible, and children were shouting early in the morning. There were so many of them, though I don't know if that was just a coincidence. The rooms were extremely hot with no ventilation, the bathrooms were a bit dirty, and the mattress was rock hard. There wasn't any hot water for the shower, either. It really leaves a lot to be desired. For Chileans, a night costs about 35,000 pesos when paying by card.

The rooms were nice and fairly clean, breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff were friendly. The price was quite affordable. Shops, restaurants and monuments are close by, and the area felt quite safe. I did not particularly like having to go outside to smoke because there was no interior courtyard. Still, I went out alone at night and very early in the morning and didn't feel unsafe.
