We arrived at 4 am and got a 50 soles discount. On the phone, they said my family and I would get two breakfasts for a stay of a day and a half, but when we arrived for the last morning, they changed that to one. I said I wouldn't need to stay another day and night, but breakfast only came for two people anyway. To feed everyone, we'd have to pay full price. They should have told us the truth up front, so we could avoid wasting time and dealing with needless hassle. Breakfast was half an egg, two breads, and a small juice.

The staff are friendly, and the hotel is fairly clean and quiet. The beds are quite uncomfortable, the water is cold most of the time, and breakfast is just 2 small pieces of bread, a half-filled glass of juice, and an egg.

Tacna doesn't have all that much for tourists, but if you need a night there, this place is actually very good. It's clean and contemporary, with huge rooms, excellent showers, and cable TV.

It's a good place for the price, but the breakfast area is too small. You can hear every sound from outside wherever you are in the hotel. I don't know why.

We slept well, and the room breakfast was good. The staff were super helpful, communication was great, and it was easy to get to the center. Great value too. I totally recommend it.
