I liked the spacious, nicely decorated room, and they’d left a warm blanket for the cold. There were no windows, but a hairdryer, soap, and shampoo were provided on the counter. The location was excellent, and the ladies gave very good service. My only issue was the gentleman on night duty: he wasn’t friendly, and when we went to collect our things he seemed reluctant and generally unhelpful. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

Going out to eat and have a drink at one of the bars on the block around 2 or 3 a.m. on the weekend turned into a problem: we weren’t let back in. We waited almost two hours for the night concierge to open up because he was asleep. The rooms themselves are quite nice, but they get hot, there’s no fan, and the windows don’t open. It wasn’t a good experience.

They really try to make you comfortable, and the service was excellent. Everything was neat and very clean. The place is inside the civic center, two blocks from the main square.

Visually, I’d recommend it. Still, some of the fixtures look like flimsy plastic, and the accessories were never delivered.
