Breakfast is included, the location is good, and they take both cash and cards. A good-value hotel 🙂

The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly from the moment I arrived. I stayed three nights and had a pleasant time. The breakfast buffet was good, though the selection was somewhat limited. Street-facing rooms get quite noisy at night because the hotel is beside casinos and restaurants. I asked to move, and the staff accommodated me. My next two nights were much quieter and more comfortable. It's a very nice hotel, but soundproof windows and updates to some of the facilities would make it even better.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the people were VERY friendly. It had cocona juice, papaya, yogurt, cereals, jams, breads, herbal teas, coffee, scrambled eggs, a little meat or chicken salad, desserts, flan, pancakes, and cold cuts. The bathroom was very clean, with 4 towels in our double room and 2 rolls of toilet paper folded like origami. They also supplied shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion in small bottles, though the shampoo was a bit runny. The hotel is inside a shopping arcade, without its own separate entrance. If you go out at night, you have to ring the bell so they can open the gallery gates and let you up in the elevator. It has nice yellow lights, but it's old and needs maintenance. There's a slight jolt when it reaches a floor. The rooms and hotel are old too. The TVs are small and don't have Netflix or YouTube. Still, everything was very clean and tidy, and the furniture was well maintained. We asked for room 407, which faces the avenue, and the noise was terrible. Someone singing outside with a speaker, cars, sirens, all of it. The rooms with a street view look out over the whole Civic Promenade, which is beautiful, but it's awful at night. It's our first time here, and the last. Just kidding, I'd come back for the great breakfast and friendly people, but they really need to modernize the place.

The entrance is tucked inside a gallery with other businesses, so it's a little hidden. The location is very good.
