The food was great through most of our stay, though the Alfredo pasta was a big exception. It tasted awful. We let that go since it was dinner and we'd eaten well during the day. My mother and I spent four days at this really nice hotel and enjoyed it more than anywhere else in the city. We'd visited Tarapoto as locals many times, but this was our first stay here, and we'd do it again. The facilities were nice too.

The restaurant menu has hardly any vegetarian choices. So many dishes are chicken in one combination or another. There are salads, but I wouldn't count those as a proper meal. Aside from that, everything here is great.

We spent a week at the hotel last June and loved it. My kids had a great time, and the service and attention were really good. Mrs. Mestanza was especially great with my family Del Aguila. I'd recommend it for the good deal and the care we received.

The rooms have an amazing view, and it's quiet with very little noise around. A great spot for couples or families.
