Some days the room wasn’t cleaned, and the sheets and towels were old and torn. The toilet paper and soap were far too cheap. The breakfast was terrible, and the service wasn’t good either. They barely answered when I said “good morning” or similar.

The shower was covered in mold, the mattress springs stuck out, and breakfast was awful. When I raised these issues, the receptionist was rude and told me it was just my bad luck. She said I could leave because changing rooms wasn’t possible. She kept a bad attitude throughout. A terrible experience.

The room’s wood smell set off my allergies. Otherwise, the place was acceptable.

It’s very close to the plaza, and the service was excellent.
