2/10
The room was tiny, the bed made a lot of noise, and there was no WiFi on the third floor. They couldn't find our booking when we arrived, though the place was empty, so that wasn't a problem. When we checked out, they charged us more than the amount they'd quoted at arrival. Staff also gave us incorrect information about collectivo's and buses, and didn't help resolve the WiFi issue.

Really loved it. The service was excellent, the rooms were good, and it was cheap too. Just perfect.

We'd read some reviews saying otherwise, but our hosts were extremely kind. We arrived at 8:00 a.m. on a night bus, several hours before check-in, and they let us go straight to our room. The value for money is unbeatable.

We were traveling in a campervan and stayed inside it 24/7, so no one else came near it. Even so, our spare tire went missing from the parking lot, and I only realized two days later. The lot doesn't belong to the hotel, despite renting a hotel room with parking. I strongly advise against staying there. A double room at a hotel with breakfast and coffee costs 85 soles for two people. We drove on afterward, and I don't recommend this place.
