The room was hot even with the fan running and the windows open, and the breakfast room had no ventilation at all. We’d be sweaty by the time we finished eating. They could also check room numbers from a list discreetly instead of having guests nearly shout them out. Wi-Fi was unreliable on the second floor, so we went to reception for a better signal. Ana handled our check-in. She was very helpful and thorough, explained everything clearly, spoke English well, and wasn’t pushy. She also upgraded our room. There was enough space to set our things down, with a closet, bedside tables, and large windows. Hotel Medano was an okay stay. It’s close to the Linea bus station and a Listo convenience store, and about a 15-minute walk from the Plaza Real mall.

For S80, the single room was great value. It had a comfortable bed, plenty of space, good Wi-Fi, and a hot shower with strong water pressure. The staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and there was secure covered parking. I came because of the positive reviews and was really glad I did. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m back in town.

The location worked well, with secure parking and shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel also has its own restaurant, and the buffet breakfast adds good value. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a good hot-water shower, and the staff were excellent. I’d return.
