On the first night there was music from one of the rooms they rent out for parties, and it went on until 23:30. The next night it lasted much later, with the party still going at 1 o'clock. We had to get up early, so it was a hell of a night. We waited until midnight and asked them to turn the music down, but they didn’t. A very, very bad experience. I really don't recommend this hotel.
The photos make the hotel look good, but that wasn’t what I found. There’s no parking on site. They have an arrangement with a place about three blocks away, but it was a run-down house. Hotel staff helped with our luggage when we arrived, but no one helped when we left. The hot water was unreliable, and when we plugged in the refrigerator, it sparked. The receptionist was slow and the service wasn’t very good. The elevator was in bad shape, the rooms smelled bad, and everything looked dirty. A very bad experience, and I absolutely don’t recommend it. There are better options in the city for the same price.
I came to drop off my team, then they wouldn’t let me inside to pick up one member who has trouble finding her way around. They charge extra to pick someone up even if you haven’t used any of the hotel’s services. The staff also weren’t as attentive to my team as they were to other guests. I really don’t recommend this hotel.
I attended a ceremony at the centrally located Pullman Hotel. The venue felt spacious and welcoming, with a small stage for events, and the staff were very attentive. It seems well suited to meetings and conferences, and I’d recommend it for events with around 200 people.
The hotel itself is very good, but one receptionist treated us badly. He got aggressive when we did something we didn't know was wrong. Customers could be handled much better than that.
