The owner wasn't very friendly.

There was no refund when I chose not to stay, and they offered no other room. I'd booked a "junior double" without any indication that the bathroom had no walls or door, which made the layout uncomfortable and left me without privacy. They should explain this clearly before people book to prevent the same situation.

I won't be coming back. The room had mosquitoes, there was no Wi-Fi password or hot water, and both the service and the treatment were terrible. The location was bad too. Their services list says luggage storage is free, but it doesn't explain that this applies only to current guests. If your reservation has ended and you're delayed, they charge 5 soles per bag left at reception. NOT RECOMMENDED.

It was impossible to get proper rest because of the noise, and the service was terrible. They wouldn't give me a glass of boiled water for my 3-month-old baby, even though there is a cafeteria, and there isn't any parking. They also refused to put my complaint in the complaints form. I can't recommend this place.
