It was okay.

I won't be going back. In room 403 the shower didn't work, the TV cable was dead, and the door wouldn't close properly. They moved me to room 406, where the shower worked, but there was no hot water.

At least I got a new bed, and the TV, though very slow and without cable, was enough for YouTube or Netflix. The bathroom, though, was in really bad shape: a terrible sewage smell, a low-quality towel, no hot water, and no lid on the toilet. The wifi didn't work either.

The shower was broken and there wasn't even cable TV. They need to fix those issues and provide cable and internet. As things are now, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

They were so welcoming to our pets, who behaved incredibly well. The facilities were excellent, and so were the service and attention. Thank you so much, friends at Hotel Torre Azul.
