Hotel Tornado

The beds were roomy and clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the lighting was good. There was a tub and shower in the bathroom. The water was hot, but its color looked a little dark, which seemed odd; it didn't have a bad smell. The Peruvian woman who served us was very good, while the Venezuelan man had a terrible attitude. In a customer service role, you'd expect kindness, but he acted as if helping us was a favor and was completely unfriendly and unenthusiastic. Otherwise, the hotel met expectations. They should improve the guest service and breakfast choices, or at least explain what the breakfast includes.

The rooms looked tidy at first, but were absolutely filthy and full of insects. Under the bed was dirty and even covered in bodily fluids. When we asked for help, the only thing we got was a cleaning service that should already have been done. The service was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

After a long trip, I wanted to take a bath and relax, but the drain plug was missing, so the water kept leaking out. Now I'm stressed and dirty. :(((

Terrible hotel. The bathrooms were dirty and hygiene was poor. There were bugs, including ticks, lice, spiders, and others, and the sheets had semen and blood stains.
