Roca Fuerte - Sacred Valley Hotel

A wonderful place to stay while visiting the Sacred Valley!

I especially loved relaxing in the big garden, where the hammocks quickly became a favorite. The kitchen and dining space were nicely arranged, with room to cook and spend time together. Inside, the rooms were cozy and comfortable. It’s peaceful here, even though the center is only a 10-minute walk away, which was such a relief after busy days. The owner also made the place feel caring and familiar. I felt at home from the moment I arrived, and left rested and grateful. For the price, I can’t think of a better place to stay in Urubamba. I’d absolutely return.

We were four friends and had a really good time. The place is just a few blocks from the main square, but it’s peaceful enough to relax. We used the kitchen for breakfast, and one evening made mulled wine to enjoy around the fire pit. The service was excellent. The rooms were comfortable, though a little cold.

A lovely garden surrounds the very comfortable rooms, and it’s a wonderful spot to slow down. I’d definitely recommend it for a few restful days.
