The property is beautiful and peaceful, and it has a restaurant and bar right there. I stayed with a tour group. It's very remote, and the rooms don't have much privacy from one another, though that didn't become a big problem for me. The staff were helpful and nice. There's no air conditioning, but it stayed cool and comfortable.

I was here in March 2026 during a trip through the Sacred Valley, Cusco, and Machu Picchu. The setting is spectacular. The hotel isn't luxury, but it covered what I needed: a clean, quiet room, a comfortable bed, and a tasty breakfast.

We stopped here on our way to machu picchu and had a great stay. The grounds are lovely and calm, with outdoor spots to sit and relax. Everything was in excellent condition, and the service was great too.

The place has so much charm, and its remote feel helped make up for a few things that weren't perfect. I loved the room's decor and building materials, and the views are incredible. Hot water took a while, and the room got a bit cold at night. The little heater didn't help much. My husband was fine, but I ended up putting on socks.

The scenery is breathtaking, and the property itself is gorgeous. The food and service were excellent, but the staff looked miserable and never smiled. Their boss watched everything from a table, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. At 8:15 pm I went to the restaurant to meet friends and have a glass of wine. A male employee stopped me, asked where I was going, and tried to send me to the bar, even though the restaurant was open until 9. He eventually let me in. It's a shame the staff seemed so unhappy to be there in such a beautiful, almost magical place.
