I picked this place because it looks so beautiful, and the quiet setting and lovely rooms lived up to that. The beds were warm and comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Wi-Fi worked great for me, and the free breakfast was good. My room was cold and the heater didn't work. The curtains didn't close all the way, which could be an issue if you need a completely dark room, though I don't know if every room is like that. The plugs held anything I connected very loosely, so it kept falling out. The pool isn't heated, so it will be cold when the weather is cold. The shower's hot water lasted only about two minutes. The hotel serves food, but it was overpriced and had no vegetarian options. I couldn't eat anything on the menu and asked if I could order from outside, but they said no. I enjoyed the experience, but don't think I'd stay again.

We came by rental car and found parking available. The garden was lovely, with hummingbirds, and we liked the beautiful rooms. Rosa at reception helped us by speaking Spanish. I wasn't keen on the rooms having no windows, the cold dining room, or the cold pool water.

The architecture is unusual, and all the plants inside made the stay feel one of a kind. The staff went out of their way to help us plan things to do, arrange taxis to and from town for roughly 15 sols each way, and order delivery. We took the ATV tour and would recommend it. Breakfast was lovely and filling on one morning; when we had to leave early the next day, they prepared breakfast bags. Dinner and drinks at the hotel were great too. Such a unique stay, definitely check it out if you're in the area.

I spent one night here to experience the unusual hotel, and that felt like the right amount of time. I didn't leave the property during my stay, but the front desk can call a taxi to take you into town. It's pricier than other places nearby and a long way from the town center. My room was comfortable, with soft beds and linens and warm showers. I had both breakfast and dinner here, and enjoyed them.

It's a really beautiful hotel with great food and amazing staff. Dinner took two hours to arrive even though I was one of only a few people there. It's also very far from everything, so getting an Uber to Cusco is difficult.
