They ruined our vacation. We booked a week ahead, got confirmation again four hours before arriving, and then were told there were no rooms when we showed up. The owner's attitude was terrible.

We had no issues during our stay, and my husband and I liked the hotel. It was welcoming, neat, and clean. Mr. Julian was very helpful.

Around 10pm I got there exhausted and rang the bell, but no one came. The landline went unanswered, the first cell number was disconnected, and on the second they offered me their only room at a very high price for the service. They also said there would be no water for cleaning.
