Hello, My husband and I had to make the hard call to cancel our French Polynesia honeymoon because of the Covid health restrictions, including our two nights at Moemoea Lodge. We cancelled more than two months before we were due to stay, and the other hotels on the different islands caused us no trouble. Moemoea Lodge still has not returned my €129.89 deposit. They have my bank details, but haven't replied to my follow-up emails.
