For a one night stop near Tahiti airport, this was a simple and practical choice. It’s only about a 10 minute walk to or from the airport, which is why we booked it. Outside was a bit noisy, but that didn’t bother us. The shower and AC were good, and the bed was fine. All good for us :)

We didn’t stay after hearing about the area’s history. Locals told us it’s a known drug dealing area of Tahiti, reportedly the main one. We don’t want to be unfair to the business, and the accommodation looks nice and clean in the photos. We also received detailed automatic messages about directions and check-in. Our concern is that travelers should know what kind of area they’re staying in, especially if they’re alone and unfamiliar with Tahiti. Flights arrive very early and leave very late, so some guests may be surprised to find their lodging in what locals described as a drug dealing hub. We also felt it was wrong that the AirBnB hosts had only an AI photo, when customers have to prove their own identification is real. We think the owners should provide a real photo of themselves as confirmed identification. Sorry for the bad review, but we want travelers to feel comfortable and safe on the island 😊🙏

We had a great stay before heading to another island. The room was clean and comfortable, check-in was easy, and both the owner and staff responded quickly. The cleaning lady was especially kind and helpful. The neighborhood has its challenges, yes, but no one will bother you.

The host contacted me to say they’re out of business and wouldn’t refund my money. I booked through VRBO, which said I’d get a 100% refund, but they lied about that too. STAY AWAY!!! It’s a scam!!!
