Hilton Moorea Lagoon Resort and Spa

The sunsets over the lagoon are stunning, and the water is clear with coral and lots of fish, sometimes even small sharks and rays. The Moorea location is beautiful, with villas set in pleasant gardens, some with private terraces and little pools, plus overwater options. The restaurants aren’t serving top quality food, though breakfast is decent.

We spent eight nights in an OWB for our honeymoon, and the snorkeling was great. Our room was lovely, with excellent climate control. The staff were friendly and stayed ahead of what we needed. We felt cared for and like we’d made friends. We’ll be back!

The spa, gym, and pool were all great, and Aurore gave me one of the best massages I’ve had. She really knows her stuff. I also loved lunch and the overwater Crêperie, where I had the best crêpe Suzette of my life. Raimana’s warm, attentive service made lunch even better, and the restaurants were excellent overall. The rooms have been renovated beautifully. They’re comfortable and modern, yet fit the surroundings, and the views and location are spectacular. The staff made us feel at home right from arrival. Hilton Moorea went beyond what I expected, and I’d highly recommend it for a memorable stay in paradise. 🌺

The breakfast buffet was amazing, though dinner was just mid and the fitness center could use an update. Our OWB was cozy and nicely done in a Tahitian style, and the location was convenient for snorkeling right outside the room. There are also a few snack shops within walking distance, but like most places on the island, a car or scooter is really useful. The room and service both pleased us. Staff responded quickly to all our needs and questions, and went above and beyond several times. I’d stay here again without hesitation if I wasn’t choosing an Airbnb.
