Breakfast isn’t included, but there’s a kitchen in the house and a grocery store nearby. The place is new, and the clean duplex bungalow was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a bit tricky to lock the terrace door. Open the kitchen window that connects to the terrace and you can see the beach, but there’s no screen, so we kept it shut because of the mosquitoes. Bring repellent. Kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes are free to use and in good shape, though the bikes are for adults only. There aren’t organized activities, so it’s a place to stay and make your own plans. If your kids need a swimming pool, this isn’t the spot. The private beach, though, was amazing and clean, with chairs and lots of shade to enjoy the day without burning in the Moorea sun. Near the shore by a yellow pole, we saw what looked like a black tip shark both times we visited that coral.

The room was even better than I expected, and the lagoon and sunsets were amazing. From check-in through check-out, everything was great and the amenities were outstanding. They even had a place for us to shower and freshen up after checking out. I loved this hotel and would absolutely recommend it. I’ll definitely stay again!

We stayed for eight days with our family, and the setup worked perfectly. There’s a queen bed downstairs and two twin beds upstairs, and the new, clean space has a small but complete kitchen. We could walk half a mile to plenty of restaurants and shops, so we didn’t really need a car. There’s lots to do without going far: kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes are provided, and snorkeling starts right outside. The staff were also very helpful getting us settled and arranging island excursions. I’d highly recommend it!

The staff were always pleasant and ready to help make our stay enjoyable. The location is ideal for reaching some of the island’s nicest beaches, restaurants, shops, and more. My wife and I spent seven nights at this new oceanfront hotel in a private bungalow with lovely Polynesian decor, a full kitchen, and a private veranda. There was also an optional buffet breakfast for an extra charge. Highly recommended for a stay in Moorea. Robert gr8traveltips

The homemade breakfast was delicious and high quality, and shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. We also enjoyed taking the provided kayaks and paddles out to explore the nearby motu. At Niu Beach Hotel Moorea, the contemporary bungalows are comfortable, well equipped, and beautifully designed. The beach and lagoon are just steps away, with stunning sunsets every evening. An idyllic and convenient place, highly recommended!
