Larville Pool Garden Resort & Restaurant

It was a peaceful, fresh-feeling place, and we were lucky to be the only group staying there. Breakfast took us a while, but we didn't mind since we were enjoying the swimming. The owner was friendly and very accommodating. They let us make noise even at 3AM, and extended our time with the karaoke and pool. Thanks! We'll definitely be back. ☺️🫶🏻

The pool is close to the rooms and really nice, and the rooms themselves are clean and comfortable. The beach didn’t impress me much. There’s a delightful milk tea shop just outside the resort, too. The whole place feels clean and pleasant, almost exclusive.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the internet connection was excellent. The rooms were nice, though the bathroom was a letdown: there was no hot water at the sink or shower, and the shower was just a lower section of the floor. It may not suit visitors used to bathrooms in the US, Canada, or Western Europe.

We paid for the room a month ahead, expecting at least electricity and water throughout our stay. Instead, the resort had no water for a week, and nobody told us beforehand. They gave us a lot of explanations about the number of guests and other things, but that didn’t make up for it. It may be cheaper, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here when the staff don’t seem to have basic guest-service training.
