The hotel is right in Cogon market, with lots of shops nearby and affordable fresh fruit and vegetables. There are plenty of PUV/PUJ options too, including habal2x. We had a seminar there, and there was no Wi-Fi. I didn't stay overnight, so I can't say whether it works in the rooms.

The staff were kind and helpful, and there's plenty of space for a gathering or conference. The outside surroundings weren't very clean and the interiors could use updating, but it may suit someone who mainly needs the room. I hope they refurbish the place, since that's something they can address. It would also help the businesses there if the city cleaned up the marketplace outside.

The room smelled like it hadn't been used in a long time, and the sanitation and cleanliness were very poor. The bathroom didn't seem to be sanitized regularly. Housekeeping staff may not have been trained properly to clean and sanitize rooms on a regular basis. During this pandemic, the establishment should have an outbreak prevention plan. I hope they take this seriously and act on it.

The room rates are reasonable, and the staff are super friendly. Being right beside Cogon Market is about as convenient as it gets. The rooms and bathrooms, though, need a lot of improvement.

We attended a seminar on the 5th floor. The conference rooms were spacious, and the staff were very accommodating. The food was good and the location is easy to reach. The hotel lobby was quite small, so participants had trouble moving around, and the ground floor dining area was small too.
