Eljoy's Forest Resort

We had a great time here, and it was very affordable. The place felt clean and relaxing, the food was delicious, and the staff were really accommodating. We also enjoyed taking photos, swimming, and watching a movie outdoors. Kudos to the resort’s management and staff!

We were only looking around to see if this might suit a future stay. My friend and travel companion happens to be called Eljoy, which is why we stopped by. The activities looked good, especially the pool for kids, and there’s also an outdoor cinema, restaurant, and bar. We were quoted 1400Peso for a chalet Monday to Thursday, or 1700 Friday to Sunday with breakfast for two.

The staff were kind and considerate, even helping us reschedule when my son was sick. They also arranged an early breakfast when we asked, and hot water is free. Breakfast is included in the rate, and each teepee hut has a nearby sink, toilet, and shower area. There are plenty of showers and the water pressure is strong. Towels and soap were provided, though the two of us only got one shampoo sachet. That was the only downside for us, since only one shampoo was supplied. If you bring food, there’s a 100/pax corkage charge, but it’s consumable. They also have an outdoor cinema, depending on the weather. Bonfires are restricted to the designated area.

The place was nice and the huts were good. Someone gave us a puppy, so we adopted it, which made the camping trip a great experience. The roads weren’t very well lit, so that felt a bit scary, but it’s still a cool place. salamat po
