The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was good. We came during a chilly February, and the grounds were lovely, especially around Camp Benjamin, with lots of green scenery and a huge pool. The interior felt like a pretty standard hotel, though, and could use more effort. 👍❤

There’s plenty of room to relax by the large pool behind the hotel, and the rooms looked comfortable. The whole place was clean, and the employees were nice. Mons restaurant is nearby, with tasty, good-quality food. They also have a zipline that I’m sure kids would enjoy trying.

Camp Benjamin is a really big place, but Shalom Hotel itself felt more like an ordinary guesthouse. I came for a meeting last January, and the room didn’t make much of an impression. The atmosphere felt hostel-like, with little design to make it exciting to check in. It was clean, though, and seemed reasonably well maintained.

We were just three people, so having the whole place to ourselves made it feel especially peaceful. The setting was lovely and green, and the pool was a relaxing spot. We also really enjoyed the food at Mon's.

A peaceful staycation spot when you want a break from the busy pace of Metro Manila. It worked well for family time for us.
