Aimor Condotel near SM City Clark

We paid in advance for three rooms for my friends and me, but when we arrived only one was available. The staff said the hotel was overbooked, then left us waiting in the lobby while they looked for a solution. After a long drive, we just wanted to check in and rest, so it was frustrating and inconvenient. The rooms we eventually got weren't comfortable. The air conditioning barely cooled the oversized space, so we had to use a fan and were still hot. The microwave didn't work, the sink was broken and drained poorly, and one friend's room smelled really bad, especially the bathroom. Staff even said they use that CR themselves, which explains the odor. There were also lots of kitchen items and random supplies in the room, making it look like a stockroom turned into a guest room. Lint from the bedsheets stuck to dark clothes, which was annoying. They offered complimentary breakfast because of all the problems, but only for one person per room. When I asked why when the rooms were meant for two guests, they just said that was their policy. Disappointing and not worth the money. Find somewhere else if you want a comfortable, restful stay.
