I live here, and it’s the best place to stay, with all the establishments nearby in the middle of the CBD.

The two-month security deposit is long overdue, and they keep coming up with excuses when you try to claim it. The rooms are unreasonably expensive, and some have no windows, so you end up relying heavily on the air conditioning. The stove is defective, and if it malfunctions, which seems likely, they’ll charge you for it. Don’t be fooled by the TV either, it doesn’t get a single channel. Definitely not worth the money when there are much better options around.

Grungy, with cockroaches, broken lights, and no windows in a lot of the rooms. The vibe reminded me of The Shining, mixed with that hotel in Scarface where Tony and Angel meet the Colombians. Nope.

The residential units for lease are on floors 2 through 4. Kampo Artes Gallery and the Pentair Office, which has just opened, are on the 5th floor. The Building Admin office is on the 6th.

The place is clean and really nice. The staff are friendly, and it’s easy to find, just a few steps from City Hall.
