Mosaic Tower Condominium

The unit I stayed in was thoughtfully designed for its size, so good job to the interior designer. The building is in good condition, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I enjoyed staying here and would recommend it.

This is supposed to be a high-end apartment, but the pictures are fake and the service isn't good. The rooms are dark and outdated, and the utilities are broken. They try to help, but the service still isn't good. You can find a nicer nearby place for less. Don't book here.

The views both inside and outside the room are good, and the furniture and design look beautiful. It's clean, classy, and lovely, and the staff are great. It's luxurious and worth the money. I'd definitely visit again, and it's worth trying if you're thinking of staying there.

The bathroom was dated, and there was black mold on some of the tiles. We picked this property for our Philippines holiday because of its location and good reviews, but had a few unpleasant experiences. A few times, people at reception saw us struggling with several pieces of luggage at the entrance steps, but nobody opened the door or offered help. Our room also wasn't cleaned or refreshed during the stay. Towels, toiletries, and toilet paper weren't replenished. On our last day, housekeepers in the lobby explained that we had to leave our keys at the front desk for them to clean. Nobody told us this when we checked in, and we'd expected daily housekeeping without handing over our keys. That was especially surprising because one housekeeper once opened our door without knocking or ringing while I was getting dressed. My spouse quickly went to the door and asked the very apologetic staff member to return in an hour, but they never came back. When I complained about the lack of housekeeping, the person at the front desk focused on security and wasn't much help. I understand it may not have been their job, but the receptionist seemed to be nowhere around during our stay, except at checkout, when she interacted with us in an unwelcoming way.
