If you need a place to sleep or relax while keeping costs down, this should be your first choice. It’s a cheap dormitel near BGC, close to EDSA and the former JP Morgan bldg. The rooms are decent for the very affordable price, fine for a night or two, but don’t expect a glamorous stay. Parking is very limited: space for just one sedan, enough to avoid roadside towing, or 3-4 motorcycles if there’s room. Water pressure is excellent. There’s no free bar soap or shampoo, but you can buy some at the front desk. The small regular flat TV has a TV box, but it isn’t smart or Android.

The room smelled bad. The CR was clean, but the shower curtain was the only divider, so it didn’t give me much privacy.

The staff were really nice, and the low price made this good value. My bedroom was shared with lots of people, but it stayed quiet enough for me to sleep well. The air con was always on in the bedroom, though the reception area was hot. There was a water dispenser. I did see a few small cockroaches, nothing like the ones I’d seen out on the street.

For the price, it’s alright. There’s a clean bed and a place to spend the night, and the staff were good and accommodating. They do say, “we’re not a traveller’s hostel, but we’ll try and accommodate you,” so I can’t fault them for the setup. Still, the bathroom could use more privacy. I’m uncomfortable with someone getting a glimpse of me doing my business. There’s no WiFi in the boys’ dorm, and when I wasn’t sleepy I had to walk to the main house to eat or hang around.

The place is decent for the low price, and the receptionists were pleasant. There were electrical problems, so I couldn’t charge my phone from the socket near my bunk. The receptionist kindly let me charge it at her desk instead.
