During my 10-day mandatory quarantine, I found the single-person room quite good, but the service and amenities left me disappointed. Staff were sometimes slow to bring towels, sheets, and a pillow cover. I had to follow up more than once for the trash bin, which arrived after two days. Front desk staff also seemed out of sync about my payment and kept contacting me about it even though I’d paid through the Red Doorz App. I barely used the TV because reception on TV Plus was poor. The biggest problem was the prepaid electricity load used for all the rooms. A few times, the power went out in the middle of the night while they bought more load, and it took about 30 minutes to come back. I hope they improve things for future guests.

My breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included, but meals often never arrived, even after I called the receptionist many times. I noticed that my room seemed to be the only one not getting any food. Since quarantine rules meant I couldn’t leave my room, all deliveries had to go through hotel staff.

It was spacious and affordable, and the staff were accommodating. The place was neat, though not especially clean for a low-cost hotel. It worked well for a quarantine stay.

The staff were accommodating, but nobody told us that drinks with 5% alcohol weren’t allowed. That rule wasn’t in the policy, yet they charged us automatically.

The bathroom had a bidet and hot and cold shower, and the Wi-Fi was strong. We did lose electricity at night three times.
