I really disliked the place. There's no lift, no blackout curtains, and the windows don't block sound. The shower looked improperly handmade, and the so-called balcony was ridiculous, with an ugly building right in front of its tiny space. The owner was in Chicago at the time and had blocked off the master bedroom, so there was no real privacy. The advertised 50 m2 also seemed misleading. If you like car and motor noise, this might suit you.

Lots of space, a good location, split air conditioning, and a balcony. My room was a bit noisy, but it was good value for money.

A very fair price for such a central location.
