The rooms were OK, but the lighting hadn’t been maintained, there was no soap or toothpaste, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. You couldn’t even call reception. Only one elevator was working, and there’s no parking the property owns. You have to go around back to use a privately owned lot and pay 220. The entrance is so tight that a new driver could hit the post.

We booked a one-bedroom for the family, and the room could fit all of us, but there was no futon, so the kids ended up sleeping in the living room. The person in charge was very accommodating, though they hadn’t anticipated a booking for five. There weren’t enough pillows or blankets for the kids, and there were no toiletries either. The location along Buendia was convenient, with places nearby to buy what we needed. Parking was stressful because the front area didn’t have enough space. We had to drive around to the back, get caught by a one-way street, and take a longer route to park. It cost 220 a day.

The apartment itself was fairly well equipped, with a kitchen, fridge, microwave, air conditioning, and a small but acceptable bathroom. We only stayed one night to sleep before catching another flight. The entrance wasn’t very appealing, and the staff weren’t especially helpful, though they did take us to the apartment. I’d recommend it for a night because of where it is, in a busy, rather unattractive area.
