A.Venue Suites

The cockroach infestation is heavy, and the elevators are often broken. There are only two, and one is almost always out of order for months. The receptionists and guards are friendly, but they're strict about guests. Overnight visitors aren't allowed unless you go through the hassle of signing extra paperwork.

We went to this hotel for a wedding reception. There wasn't enough parking, the elevators were slow, and the stairs weren't practical to use.

A one bedroom apartment here is good value for money, and the location is great.

I like the hotel, but I wouldn't choose to stay here on purpose after this experience. I only booked this time because of the big discount, and even with it, the price felt just right. I was in the new wing and found the deluxe room spacious, with a kitchen and plenty of room. The check-in was late, and I learned five other guests and families were also waiting. That was concerning, and the front desk didn't seem alarmed. The new wing lobby had no air conditioning, so it didn't feel new. The first level of basement parking smelled strongly of trash. The hotel is nice, but I feel it's deteriorating. I hope these issues can be addressed.
