Makati is well located, but the room was substandard. There are definitely cheaper and better options elsewhere. The sheets had stains and holes, and the air-conditioning doesn't reach the second bed, which sits on a wooden shelf up a ladder.

The TV was under maintenance, which was the one issue. Staff were accommodating even during the pandemic and followed protocols to help prevent the spread of the virus. It was a great experience otherwise. Good job!

The free WiFi worked for the first three days of our five-day stay, but we couldn't connect during the last two. The room had a minipub, a dining table, and a standing piano, and the family room was posh and spacious enough for more than three people. We also appreciated the free hot and cold water outside the room. Most of all, the staff were very, very accommodating.

I found rooms for around 1,400 a day, the cheapest price in the area that I came across. The room was decent and had a refrigerator, and there was a security door with RaF badges. A good deal overall.

The elevator stopped with me inside, and I was stuck there for 20 minutes with no way out. The reception was scary too. Do yourself a huge favor and run away from this disgusting place.
