Our stay at The Suez Serviced Studios was smooth and convenient. The staff were professional and easy to approach. The rooms were roomy, relaxing, and well maintained, and the place had a modern feel.

The rooms are affordable, but the location is tricky to find. The elevator from the second floor wasn't working, so we had to use the stairs up to the sixth-floor bar. I also wish the receptionist had smiled more, as that would've made guests feel more welcome. Would I recommend it? If a low price is what you're after, yes, I guess.

This is my second stay, and I like being near the northern end of Ayala Ave in Makati. My room was clean, with a comfy bed and more space than rooms at Tune Hotel. Breakfast is included and served on the rooftop, the sixth floor, from 6:30 to 10:00 AM.
