Lush can work well if you want a cozy, central, clean, and safe place to stay in Makati, but keep in mind it's not a hotel. There's no concierge-level service, daily housekeeping, or hotel-style support, so expectations like that may lead to disappointment. The location is excellent, just minutes from major malls, business districts, and other city necessities. The condo looks modern, and most units are clean and thoughtfully laid out. Access can be a problem: short-term guests often can't use the pool or gym unless the unit owner arranges it, and that wasn't made clear to me beforehand. Some units also don't match their photos exactly. I ran into minor issues such as weak A/C, missing furniture, or maintenance that needed attention. Would I come back? Yes, but I'd confirm all the details with the owner in advance, especially access to amenities.

The price was good for a great location. I stayed in one of the two-bedroom staycation units, and it was okay, but the washroom was tiny, with a washing machine inside. When I showered, my back touched the wall as soon as I opened the door. The machine was handy, though sharing that small space with two other people could be a bit much.

This is a less crowded residential condominium. We had the shared pool, gym, and kids' playground to ourselves. Our room faced the MSC, so the view had a nice mix of greenery and skyscrapers. The receptionists greeted us with smiles whenever we came in or left.

Our room had a really nice view, though I don't have a photo saved. We stayed at one of the B&Bs for just one night, and the location made it easy to get around. The residence wasn't crowded like others nearby. We really appreciated the staff, from the guard to the front desk, who were all kind and greeted people as they came into the lobby. There were a few food places and an Alfamart downstairs, but it wasn't open 24/7. That was fine since there was a 7/11 and other malls nearby. One cockroach flew in from the hallway to our room. It scared my friends, but we only saw that one and didn't notice any more.

It's easy to get around from Lush Residence, with plenty of malls and government offices nearby and the fire station just around the corner. Public and private transport are always available. The staff and security are consistently courteous, respectful, and ready to help.
