I booked an Airbnb through PJK Property Management, but they wouldn't host me or return my money. I believe they're scammers and discriminatory. Be careful with this agency.

The room size is reasonable for the price, though rooms aren't all alike. Sometimes loud music from a bar across the street carries into the room. I'd call it average.

There are lots of Korean BBQ restaurants nearby, plus a 7eleven and mknimart around the corner. It's centrally located, within walking distance of kalayaan and all the bars. Traffic getting in and out can be heavy, especially on a Friday.

The location works well for business, and the room was okay. The reception staff were fair, but I wouldn't recommend it for families.
