Aruga Apartments by Rockwell Makati

We felt at home during our two weeks at Aruga, and that's no small thing compared with our real home. The suite was comfortably laid out for the three of us, with a spacious bedroom. We could do laundry and use the kitchen, and housekeeping changed our linens as needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the soundproofing meant we heard no noise throughout the stay. The location was convenient and let us avoid dealing with much traffic. We'll choose Aruga again on our next visit.

Having a washing machine, dryer, and complete kitchenware made the stay especially convenient. The room was comfortable and clean, and worked well for both relaxing and working. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable for meetings and online tasks. Guest services, Bianca, Danielle and Karen, were welcoming and friendly, and bellmen Kairo and Paul helped us from check-in through checkout. The hallway always smelled good, and we appreciated the greeting card, welcome treats, and food vouchers. It was a pleasant, hassle-free staycation, and we'd definitely come back.

Traveling with a baby, we really appreciated how kid-friendly the hotel felt and how well the staff looked after us. They accommodated all our requests, including a baby cot, which made the stay especially comfortable. Other hotels have had very limited cot availability even when we've asked in advance, so this was the first hotel to provide one for us. The whole visit was smooth and pleasant, with no issues, and left us feeling relaxed and well cared for. 💛🙏🏻

We chose Aruga last week because we needed to be near our office, and the room was always clean and organized. The staff were consistently courteous, helpful, and professional.
