I stayed four nights and really enjoyed it. My room was cleaned well every day, and the staff were so friendly. Rowena at the reception deserves a special mention, her customer service was on another level! 👏👏 It’s also a safe area, within walking distance of the main city, and great value for money.

The penthouse was very good overall, though the apartment could use some maintenance. Makati is quieter around here, but everything is close by. We had a pretty good stay and I’d recommend it.

I checked out after the first night, but didn't get a refund for the second. The air conditioning rattled loudly, and the bed was so small that, at 1.85 m, I didn't fit and kept bumping into my partner. The high-speed internet they promised wasn't fast at all. This was the most horrible hotel.

The location was convenient, and the room had plenty of space. Water pressure was good, but the Wi-Fi kept cutting out. I was also concerned the beds might have bedbugs. For me, that adds up to a 3/5.

The staff were fine, but the room was really dirty. There was a cockroach in the bathroom, and the beds and pillows smelled foul. We stayed just one night and wouldn't recommend it at all. It also costs more than other hotels nearby.
