Everyone was kind and professional, and we really enjoyed staying here. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, and the place works well for either a short or long stay. We’ll come back. Thanks, everyone!

The staff are still really nice and do their jobs well. Inside, the place is cleaner after its recent renovation, though the outside facade still looks pretty rundown, which is why my rating is low. A lot of reviews criticize the place, but they reflect its history. I’d like to see modern amenities added, such as LED lights, a pool and gym if possible, and a newer cooking range and refrigerator. I’ll return because I appreciate the work that’s already been done to improve the place, and I’d like to see it keep getting better.

My friends booked an Airbnb here, and we had no complaints. The guards open the lobby door for you, and the place is nice. Since it’s in Makati, you can pretty much walk everywhere.

There’s a separate bedroom and living room, and a kitchen too. It’s comfortable for a long stay. Little Tokyo is just five minutes away.
