The location works well for work, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The admin still needs to improve a lot of things. I hope they do better.

I visited recently and liked the place. The staff were very accommodating.

Our elevator card had worked for three years, but on departure day the front desk held up checkout, saying it was worn out. We nearly missed our flight. The checkout process was chaotic and lacked transparency. They also demanded a total of 15,000 pesos for some strange reason and threatened to complicate our departure if we didn't pay. I was in a rush to get out of there, so I paid upfront, even though the amount felt completely unreasonable. I'm extremely disappointed in the management. This was unacceptable, and I won't return or recommend the hotel.

We lived here for a year, and the location is good, but enough other issues cancel that out. Most staff are nice, though one receptionist had a poor attitude when I had guests over. Management is so-so, and getting a work permit or gate pass approved is a headache. The admin staff could be more proactive, but they leave you to sort things out yourself. The electricity and water bills are too high. Stop charging tenants or owners for the hallway air conditioning. An 8,000 pesos water bill makes no sense for a unit with only two people, especially when there was no water for three days.
