I couldn't sleep at night because of the loud construction noise. There's an active site right next to the hotel, and the noise went on 24 hours a day. The bathroom wouldn't drain, there was no hot water for a shower, and the air conditioning didn't work. Housekeeping didn't clean the room or come by for two days. I booked a one-bedroom for three nights, June 19-22, 2025, but lasted only two nights. The experience was a nightmare and ruined my vacation, so I checked out early after the hotel manager failed to solve the problems. They wouldn't refund me despite the awful service and facilities. My room was in block A.

The buildings and rooms are old, but the place is spacious and in a great location. We stayed to watch the New Year's Eve countdown, which is very close by, and had a good time and a good rest. We also enjoyed breakfast at the old Swiss inn restaurant, in partnership with olympia residences. Give it a try if you're looking for good value for your money.

We had a wonderful stay, and checking in and out was no problem. Mark and RC were friendly and helpful. The place is right next to Old Swisd Resto, where we held our event. Thank you!

A real haven for people traveling with pets. The pet-friendly amenities are excellent, and the attentive staff made it a delightful stay for both us and our furry companions. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay over Christmas 2024. Thanks to the warm, hospitable front desk staff, especially RC & Mark, who took care of all my requests.
