The rooms are affordable, but the location is tricky to find. The elevator from the second floor wasn't working, so we had to use the stairs up to the sixth-floor bar. I also wish the receptionist had smiled more, as that would've made guests feel more welcome. Would I recommend it? If a low price is what you're after, yes, I guess.

This is my second stay, and I like being near the northern end of Ayala Ave in Makati. My room was clean, with a comfy bed and more space than rooms at Tune Hotel. Breakfast is included and served on the rooftop, the sixth floor, from 6:30 to 10:00 AM.
