The rooms are a decent size and have full bathtubs, but there were serious problems during my stay. Water leaked heavily from the AC, and the area under the sink smelled of mold and mildew. The owner made it hard to understand that electricity had to be paid for separately, which seemed intended to make the rooms look cheaper than nearby options. They also shared their internet with the room next door to save money. The elevator stopped working, so I had to walk up 18 floors. When I asked security to stop people coming up to my room, they ignored the instructions. People could visit unchecked, and nobody told me who was coming. Most rooms are listed through Airbnb. I'd avoid this location if possible.

I love being in the heart of the city here. I can walk to Ayala Triangle, Greenbelt Chapel, and Landmark, and there's a big mall just moments away with my favorite masarap restaurants and shops. The pool at Millennium Plaza closed a long time ago, but now there's a new 5-star hotel across from our building where a monthly pass for about ₱3k gets you its stunning outdoor infinity pool, modern gym, fast Wi-Fi, and lots of other luxuries. Who needs their own pool and gym with access to that? The management has changed recently, and the building is finally getting the care it needs. They're replacing the old, slow lifts with high-tech modern ones and repainting and refurbishing each floor. I think it will be as good as new by the end of this year. Millennium Plaza is modernizing and turning a corner. I'm so happy I bought here recently, since unit prices will inevitably skyrocket.

I lived here for a year, renting a studio for 15,000 peso per month. It's both a hotel and a condo, but I don't think it should operate as a hotel and charge high prices when the services and rooms are so old. There's no pool or entertainment facilities, and the lobby is full of mosquitoes. Everything is old and really renovated. It's not a bad place to live, though. The staff are nice, and they don't mind who comes up to your room with you, unlike the strict rules in other condos in the Philippines. I feel comfortable walking around the area, and everything I need is close by. For locals or anyone looking for a cheap place to live, it's a good choice.

Inya, the manager, is helpful about connecting potential buyers with renters. Some units are for sale because their owners are relocating abroad. Millennium Plaza used to be a hotel before the pandemic, but it's now made up of condo units owned by private individuals. The range of unit sizes and styles can be a plus or a minus, since each owner has renovated their place differently. There used to be a pool and jacuzzi, but neither works anymore. If you're thinking of staying or buying, contact Inya for details.

I've stayed here for a couple of months, and it's been good and quiet. The housekeeper services the unit for free, either daily or weekly. It's an old building with an old elevator, but everything is maintained and working. There are parking slots and guards, though they're not strict about checking strangers. My stay was good, and I'll be back.
