mySTAY BGC West

The rooms were old and tiny, and ours smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The photos on the website were very misleading. We checked out right away, but the staff were nice enough to refund us.

The morning front desk lady was patient and doing her best. Even so, of all the myStay branches, I think this one is the worst. The appliances and furnishings need a lot of updating. Air conditioning units in different rooms are noisy, and the remote is unreliable and won't let you enjoy Netflix. Doors and walls are falling apart, and cleaning isn't as good as at the East and South branches. I won't return to this West branch.

The manager was approachable and hands-on with guest concerns. When I had a minor Wi-Fi problem, they personally made sure it was fixed quickly. The supervisor was also around regularly, checking on housekeeping and making sure things ran smoothly. The rooms were clean and well kept, thanks to the polite, efficient housekeeping staff who refreshed them and stocked the essentials every day. I had a pleasant, comfortable stay at MyStay Hotel. The team provided good service, and it's a good choice if you want friendly staff and a comfortable atmosphere.

We'd stayed here once before, and the room was cute, clean, and comfortable. But during our night as a couple, something unexpected happened that upset me. Sometimes stains happen, which we understand, but nobody had told us they might charge extra for a stain on the bed. Aside from that, things were okay.
