The room was spacious for the price, and there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in the nearby Rise building. That's the best part of the location. Pedro Gil is the nearest LRT station, and you can get there by jeepney for P15 from the Petron Gas station, about 100 meters away. Ayala and Paseo de Roxas are walkable too. The hotel has a small gym in the basement, and the stay was pleasant and good value. But it's very old and outdated. The carpet smelled like old books and was really dusty. I recommend replacing it with tile flooring, which would be easier to clean and maintain.

The old Manila feel made for a pleasant stay. The hotel isn't in the center of the Ayala CBD, but it's easy to get to the business district. The Rise and the air mall are right beside it, with convenient stores, cafes, and restaurants close by. Free parking was included. It's cheaper than other places in the area, but had what I needed. I'd book again.

I enjoyed my overnight stay at Tiara Oriental Hotel. I had booked the wrong dates, but they approved my request to move the booking earlier and handled it efficiently. The staff were polite and professional, and I liked being able to soak in warm water in the bathtub. The hotel is accessible to many places and transport options. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were the highlight. I swam from 10:30pm to 12mn and had the pool to myself, which I really enjoyed. It's open even in the wee hours, though the pool area is outside the hotel, across the street. In the room, the lights were dim, which is hard for someone with poor eyesight, and the centralized air conditioning made the temperature inconsistent. I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars and would book again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rizza at reception made us feel welcome, Jowel kept everything spotless, and Jo Mar Mark quickly sorted out my internet issue. The stay was comfortable and the service was great. The carpet could use replacing, though. I’d recommend the place.
