Collection O Avitel Hotel near Osmena Highway, PNR Pasay Station, Metro Manila

The location shown on Agoda was wrong. I booked thinking it was near Ayala Triangle, but it turned out to be about 2km away. The young staff were polite and accommodating, though the place itself is run down. My room was tiny, maybe 9 sqm, and didn’t look like the Agoda photo. It was right beside the expressway, so cars were very loud, especially after midnight. I’d just arrived from overseas with four suitcases, and there’s no elevator. Luckily, they had luggage storage on the second floor, so I left some things there. The room size might be fair for the price, but the lighting was awful: just two dim yellow lights against red walls and a brown floor. There were small roaches by the doors and table. I stayed during stormy weather and spent most of the time inside except for a few embassy errands. It felt damp and moldy. The bathroom was tiny, with a hot shower but a broken shower holder. Lutong bahay, 711, Jollibee, and malls are nearby.
